What is the 'sample'?

Centres need to submit a sample of NEAs to the exam board for moderating.

(2024 - I'm not sure yet as to whether we will submit ALL online or just a sample)

• You will be asked for a maximum of 20 projects (if you have less candidates than this you will normally send in all of your projects)
  
  
• You need to complete a 'Centre Declaration Sheet' - CDS
  
  
• For each project attach together:
  • a 'Candidate Record Form' - CRF
  • a completed project log - project log
  • the printed out NEA
    • Analysis
    • Documented Design
    • Testing
    • Evaluation
    • Full copy of the code (implementation) - with perhaps a 'cover page' to highlight where certain skills can be found in amongst the code
  • SAVE this bundle as ONE PDF using the naming convention from AQA

• Testing evidence (see 2024 below) - it might be beneficial to submit a cover sheet for the moderator listing all of the videos for the projects - or some centres provide a central webpage / shared drive/folder for ease of access to the moderator 
  (this is because in the project documentation a candidate might have left the hyperlink in and/or used a font that makes it hard for the moderator to follow - 17iIlL0Oo - can all be confused characters depending on the font picked)
• 2024 Testing Evidence - you will be able to upload videos to the online submission section
